Dapitan City is relentlessly implementing the PNP Program "Double Barrel". On September 14, 2016 at about 8:10 PM, members of Dapitan CAIDSOTG led
by SPO4 Jose Renault Alcazar Tan, Chief, Intelligence Section under the
supervision of PSUPT GLENN MACARIO DULAWAN, OIC Dapitan CPS executed Search
Warrant Number 05-2016 issued by Presiding Judge Jose Rene G. Dondoyano, RTC,
Branch 6, 9th Judicial Region, Dipolog City for the violation of R.A. 9165 dated September
13, 2016 at the house of Alcher Bulay-og
Sumagang alias Dodo, 38 years old, single and co-occupant Ryan Yorong Paitan
alias Nonoy, 21 years old, single at Brgy. Banbanan, Dapitan City.
The search team found and recovered
personal properties, the subject of the Search Warrant which are: five pieces plastic transparent sachet
containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu, two pieces, cut
aluminum foil used as gutter, one piece green lighter and one paper
used as wrapper. Also recovered were one unit caliber .38 revolver and two pieces live ammunitions of caliber 38.
The inventory and marking of evidence was witnessed by barangay officials of Brgy Banbanan and a representative from the Media.
