Dapitan City - On May 14, 2018 at about 2:15 AM, Personnel of Dapitan CPS conducted
mobile patrol along Sunset Blvd, Brgy Dawo, Dapitan City and caught in the act
the person identified as Bryan Ontowa Calibod, 30 years old, single, and a
resident of Davao City drinking intoxicating liquor on the bay walk of said
place.
Confiscated from his possession was an empty
bottle of 1000 ML Redhorse Beer, pitcher and three (3) pcs drinking glasses.
Arrested suspect was brought to Jose Rizal
Memorial District Hospital for medical examination and liquor test.
Arrested person was brought to Dapitan CPS for
further investigation.
