DAPITAN CITY,
(July 7, 2018 - PNP personnel of Dapitan CPS conducted
manhunt operation at Brgy Sigayan, Dapitan City at
about 9:00AM of July 5, 2018.
The operation was resulted to the
arrest of Vergincita Ablao Sotillo, 65, female, widow and a resident of said
place.
Subject was arrested by virtue of WOA
issued by Judge Hilarion Jonathan G. Maagad of MCTC, 9RTC Judicial Region,
Dapitan City, for violation of RA 8040 as amended by RA 10593, docketed under
CC no. 18164, dated July 4, 2018 with bail bond recommended amounting to (Php
36,000.00).
